This page provides relevant information regarding (EU) Regulation 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (“Digital Services Act” or “DSA”).

AKAMAI DSA Point of Contact

In compliance with Article 11 and 12 of the DSA, EU Member States authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services and recipients of the service can direct general communications to Akamai’s designated Point of Contact at DSA-compliance@akamai.com.

For Authorities: We encourage Member States authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services to submit orders under Article 9 and 10 of the DSA using this dedicated authority FORM.  

This form is exclusively for authorities. Submissions from users or other entities via this form will not be processed.

Any communications should be in English.

For Users/Recipients of the Service: If you are an individual or entity and wish to report content you believe is illegal in the EU, please follow the guidance below.

Report illegal content

If you want to report an abuse or content you believe is illegal in the EU, we strongly recommend communicating your complaint directly to the content publisher. Please note, that Akamai does not review, manage, or otherwise control content creation by our customers when Akamai provides services. Requesting Akamai to take down content will not permanently resolve content being delivered from the content publisher’s origin.

AUP

Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets forth guidelines for the acceptable use of Akamai's products and services. All users of the Akamai network and our products and services are required to read the Acceptable Use Policy prior to their use. 

Akamai Transparency Report

In compliance with Article 15 of the DSA, Akamai complies with its obligations to publish an annual Transparency Report.
